Jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters is exercised in the
first instance by the Court of Justice, in the second instance by the Court of Appeal, and in the third
and last instance by the Supreme Court. Courts of public law are the Administrative Court and the Constitutional
Court. The seat of the courts is Vaduz. The exact delineation of jurisdiction and the current composition
