Facts and figures

The new Tourism Act, which entered into force on 1 September 2000, lays the foundation for the further development of tourism in Liechtenstein. In addition to its statutory mandate, Liechtenstein Tourism also fulfills a mandate by the Government. The new orientation of tourism in Liechtenstein has also entailed a new visual brand, in order to express the uniqueness of Liechtenstein as a tourism destination. The new tourism brand with the tagline "Liechtenstein - Princely Moments" is an expression of a new self-awareness as a vacation country.
