The
Liechtenstein Association of Patent Attorneys (LIPAV) was founded on 31 January 1995 as an association
under private law. Members of the Association of Patent Attorneys can be: - natural
persons or legal entities registered on the list of patent attorneys maintained by the Government and/or
the list of representatives admitted to the European Patent Office (Members of the European Patent Institute
) and whose place of residence or work is in Liechtenstein or whose business is domiciled in Liechtenstein
(regular members),
- natural persons or legal entities
whose place of residence or business domicile is in Liechtenstein, who are not registered on one of
the above-mentioned lists, but whose professional activity exclusively or predominantly concerns questions
of industrial property rights and/or the commercial use of industrial property rights (patent engineers,
licensing experts, etc.)
