The Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunity oversees family policy/family
policy measures, child and youth policy, and equal opportunity. The
State
promotes the family through various measures, such as financial support, tax benefits, support in dealing
with difficult circumstances, and counseling. Child
and youth policy
is concerned with youth development, protection of minors, and youth welfare. Equal
opportunity encompasses the equality of women and men, migration and integration of the foreign population,
disability, social discrimination, and sexual orientation. The
Ministry
of Family and Equal Opportunity is responsible for the following tasks: - Family
