Construction group Hilti has secured a top spot in the Great Place to Work world ranking for the third time in five years. The company from Liechtenstein has this year ranked 22nd.
The ranking is based on the current ratings achieved by the Hilti market organisations in different countries, including in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, where Hilti is headquartered, reported the group in a press release. Analysts from the Great Place to Work institute also surveyed several hundred employees and carried out comparative assessments with other companies.
With 22nd place, Hilti has secured a top spot among the best employers for the third time. It ranked 15th in both 2011 and 2013. This latest award at an international level is a great success that affirms our long-standing efforts to generate a corporate culture having a sense of identity, commented Sabine Krauss, Head of Global Human Resources at Hilti. The company claims to draw concrete measures from its employees feedback.
