The business hotel b_smart hotel has been officially opened. A new automated booking and check-in concept means guests can book or access their rooms at any time.
The official opening of the b_smart hotel was marked with the automated booking of Deputy Prime Minister Thomas Zwiefelhofer, announced a statement. Director of bsmarts AG, Thomas Plank; Uwe Bargetze, a representative from building firm bho AG; and director of Liechtenstein Marketing, Ernst Risch, took part in a panel discussion and answered questions. According to its own documentation, the hotel has 57 rooms, making it the biggest hotel in the Liechtenstein lowland.
Thanks to its new booking and check-in concept, the hotel differs from traditional businesses, according to the statement. Guests can book rooms online or by telephone, then collect their room card using their name or a code at the check-in terminal. Automated processes mean this is possible at any time of day or night.
The hotel started welcoming guests in early April and it already has positive reviews on online booking platforms, revealed the statement. Not only individuals, but also companies, societies and business clubs have shown an interest. Alongside its 57 rooms, the b_smart hotel contains meeting rooms for seminars and conferences. There is also a fitness and wellness centre, and a public bar.
