The international dental company Ivoclar Vivadent is to open its own childrens day-care centre in Liechtenstein. The move is a response to increasing demand from employees for childcare facilities.
The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the second quarter of 2016, according to a press release from Ivoclar Vivadent AG, which is headquartered in Schaan. The childcare facility will open just over a year later, in autumn 2017. The company plans to establish up to three supervised groups, each with space for up to 12 children.
The new crèche will be constructed close to Bendererstrasse on the northern boundary of the company premises in Schaan. According to the press release, the building will be a solid construction across two floors. Ivoclar Vivadent contracted Architekturatelier AG in Vaduz with the planning. As stated on the ateliers website, the architects previously planned and executed a childcare facility in Schaan, and are currently working on a project for a Kinderhaus in Vaduz.
