The four-star Jufa Malbun Alpine Resort in Malbun has opened its doors. It belongs to Austrian hotel chain Jufa, which has more than 50 other sites in Austria, Germany and Hungary.
The hotels 66 rooms were ready in time for the start of Swiss schools winter sports weeks, according to an article in newspaper Liechtensteiner Vaterland. The Jufa Malbun Alpine Resort comprises a restaurant with buffet, as well as a wellness area. There is a lot on offer for children and teenagers, including a play area for small children, a mini sports hall, billiards, table tennis and, of course, complimentary internet access.
The resort is Jufas first foray into Liechtenstein. We are delighted to now welcome the first guests in Malbun, and to position our successful concept in a new market with good value for money, commented Andreas van der Sanden, managing director for Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein. According to the article, the company is already looking into a possible expansion in Switzerland with further hotel businesses. However, no details have been released yet.
Jufa Holding GmbH, which is headquartered in Graz, claims to be Austrias top provider of hotels for youth and family tourism. It specialises in family-friendly accommodation with sports facilities and facilities for children. Its 50 plus locations also have regional specialities.
