LGT is the best private bank in Liechtenstein and one of the leading private banks in German-speaking countries, according to an assessment by Fuchsbriefe. The bank received the rating recommended without reservation at a private banking summit in Berlin.

At the 12th private banking summit in Berlin, LGT was awarded the rating recommended without reservation, writes LGT in a news release. The independent testers were quoted as saying: Once again, a very good performance by the bank of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, which stands out particularly in its written developed asset strategy.
In Liechtenstein, LGT achieved the undisputed first place for best international private banking and asset management group and it now ranks seventh on the all-time best list of top asset managers. A total of 90 financial institutes in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg were tested and evaluated this year. In addition to consultation discussions, LGT was also evaluated on the quality of its asset strategy, portfolio quality and transparency as an asset manager.
Since 2003, the private banking inspection authority publishing group Fuchsbriefe and the Institute Dr. Richter | IQF has been examining the quality of advice of asset managers.
