The LGT Bank Switzerland and LGT Bank Liechtenstein have been named Top Employer by auditors at the Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year. LGT boasts an excellent environment for its staff.
LGT Bank allowed the Top Employers Institute to audit its human resources setup, seeing it achieve excellent results for the second year in a row, according to a press release. The institute certifies international companies in employee orientation using an in-depth audit process. It works closely with the consulting firm Grant Thornton to conduct its analyses, writes the press release.
Steffen Neefe from the Top Employers Institute said of LGTs results: Our rigorous assessment revealed that LGT has created an excellent environment for its staff and offers a broad spectrum of creative initiatives. He added that these initiatives range from fringe benefits and flexible working conditions to a performance management approach that harmonises with the corporate culture. Also recognised were LGTs efforts to integrate new employees in terms of continuing development available to both staff and executives.
The bank was delighted to receive the certification again, commented Gustav Stendahls, Head Group Human Resources at LGT, in the press release. Being privately owned allows us to offer a high degree of stability and consistency in our management team, while our corporate culture promotes straightforward, informal communication between management and staff, he explained.
