Four apprenticeship graduates from Liechtenstein were crowned design champions at the eastern Switzerland education exhibition (OBA) in St. Gallen, recognition that they are some of the best young designers around.
According to an article in the Liechtensteiner Vaterland, Daniel Meier from Mauren, Simone Kaiser from Gams, Dario Sax from Azmoos and Nico Schwendener from Svelen are among the best designers in the region. They were honoured at the OBA by the Teachers Association for Designers of the canton of St. Gallen, both Appenzell cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Daniel Meier completed his basic training at Hilti AG in Schaan with an outstanding grade point average of 5.4. Simon Kaiser and Dario Sax as well from Hilti AG and Nico Schwendener from Kaiser AG in Schaanwald all achieved an impressive 5.3. The associations president Albert Hehli congratulated the young professionals on their success and said that the doors are now open for a successful career.
