Wirtschaftswunder, a new event format for the Liechtenstein economy, will be held on 16th November in Vaduz. Thematically, the event will revolve around digitalisation. Speakers will include Trigema entrepreneur Wolfgang Grupp.
Wirtschaftswunder was formerly known as Wirtschaftsforum, an event held by the Vaduzer Medienhaus AG since 2000. The event format has now been fundamentally revised. There will be a greater focus on networking be it with other sectors, organisations, generations or personalities, revealed the organisers. Every participant should be able to take home workable input. Also new is the option of a mentor ticket, which is a two for one offer if the second person is under the age of 28. The aim is to encourage diversity.
The central topic, which the event will revolve around from 5.30pm on 16th November 2016, will be Our future in the digital economy. Issues to be discussed include new job options or the role of responsibility in digitalised structures. Speakers who have been secured include Trigema entrepreneur Wolfgang Grupp and Anke Domscheit-Berg, an entrepreneur who is a candidate for the Left Party in the German Bundestag in 2017 and will speak about the future of work.
There will also be a surprise guest for the so-called FL1-Wirtschaftstalk (economic talk). According to Daniel Bargetze, director of the Vaduzer Medienhaus AG, the guest is one of the most renowned digital entrepreneurs in the world.
The winners of the Lebenswerk awards will also be revealed and handed their prizes. They were selected by a jury made up of LCCI president Klaus Risch, LLB CEO Roland Matt, businesswoman Katrin Frick and Chamber of Commerce vice president Mario Zandanell.
