Starting this week, the Liechtensteinsiche Post has new rules concerning its delivery services: B-post letters and unaddressed advertisements will only be delivered three days per week.
Delivery services for B-post letters and advertisements are being joined, resulting in a larger volume of post on the delivery days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, according to a statement from the Liechtensteinsiche Post AG. The move comes in response to a steadily decreasing volume of letter mail. Post will continue to be delivered to households before noon; the delivery of A-post and parcel deliveries will not be affected by the changes.
The streamlined services should help contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the future. A private customer survey carried out in July 2016 showed that the image of the Post was still at a high level despite the turmoil of the previous year. Customers were especially satisfied with the counter staff at post offices.
According to the survey, the positive evaluation for employees in letter and parcel delivery was be maintained, while the quality of parcel delivery services even improved somewhat. Another finding: complaints have continued to fall.
