Ivoclar Vivadent receives vocational training award again

The vocational training at the Ivoclar Group has received the Great Start certification from the Great Place To Work Switzerland consultancy agency for the fourth time in a row, according to a press release from Ivoclar Vivadent AG. According to this, the dental company from Schaan places great importance on the development and individual support of its trainees to go beyond purely academic training. Aleksandar Toth, Head of Vocational Training at Ivoclar, commented in the press release: “We are proud that the evaluation points we have received for the certification are above the benchmark in practically all areas, making us once again one of the best training organizations in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.”

Ariane Barbüda from Great Place To Work stated in the press release: “According to the survey ratings from trainees, it is particularly noticeable that they feel valued and that they are part of a global team. They work on projects with a great deal of responsibility and are able to actively participate.”

Trainee education at Ivoclar Vivadent includes subjects such as health awareness and team building. The dental company also provides training and further development for its apprentices. Additionally, Ivoclar Vivadent recently launched a new program for those changing careers into the area of system management. Furthermore, the company conducts training sessions for trainers in the region.
