Hilti has been recognized as a top employer in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for the seventh time. The company was placed sixth in the ranking by the Great Place to Work Institute. The Institute captures the perspective of both the employees and the organization.
Hilti has received the coveted Great Place to Work recognition for the seventh time, as was reported in a press release. The assessment is based on an anonymous and representative survey of employees and analyses of job performance in the company. The perspective of employees accounts for two-thirds of the final score.
The Great Place to Work ranking provides information on the quality and appeal of a company’s workplace culture. According to the international research and consultancy institution’s criteria, an excellent and pioneering workplace is characterized by trust between employees and their managers, lasting value creation, effective leadership, lived values, the commitment and motivation of employees to innovation and the extent to which individuals are able to maximize their potential.
According to Philip Janssen, Head of Headquarters Human Resources at Hilti, 91 percent of colleagues would strongly endorse the company to friends and family as a great place to work. “To us, the human resources community at Hilti, it shows that our efforts to foster a caring and performance-oriented culture are visible and meaningful to our colleagues.”
The Liechtenstein provider of machinery, products, services and software to the construction industry was also honored with the Benefits Award by Swibeco for its occupational benefits.
