Hilti is the best employer in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Hilti AG Liechtenstein and Hilti (Switzerland) AG, based in the canton of Zurich, have made it to the top of the list of the best employers in the Great Place to Work ranking compiled by the consulting institute. Both companies secured joint first place in the category for large companies in the two countries. Hilti also received the Spotlight Award in the Leadership category, according to a statement from the globally active tool manufacturer.

In previous years, Hilti, headquartered in Schaan, has always been placed among the ten best employers. “The fact that we receive this award so regularly shows us that our employee- and performance-oriented corporate culture is a complete success,” Christian Ranacher, Head of Headquarters Human Resources at the Hilti Group, is quoted as saying. “While the work we do is very important, it's the support from our team leaders, team members and colleagues that makes what we do so inspiring and where I really notice the difference.”

Great Place to Work bases its assessments on information taken from company and employee surveys. The company must also undergo an audit of its HR processes and measures. In this year's ranking, Hilti scored highly in key indicators such as the quality of the work culture and overall employee satisfaction. Ninety-six per cent of the employees surveyed also confirmed that they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation, nationality or origin. ce/hs
