LLB and Bank Linth receive employer award
11 November 2020
At the Swiss Employer Awards 2020, Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) and Bank Linth made it into the leading group of the category for medium-size companies. The awards are handed out based on the evaluations of company employees.
Around 120 companies from Switzerland and Liechtenstein competed for the prizes on offer at this year’s Swiss Employer Awards, the competition organizers write in a press release. The assessments of a company’s own employees were key factors in their performance, with these being collected by means of a scientifically developed questionnaire.
In the category for medium-sized companies with between 250 and 999 employees, LLB and Bank Linth were ranked in sixth position within the leading group. The employee survey attests to the fact that LLB and Bank Linth offer a strong corporate culture, fascinating work content and substantial opportunities for participation, the LLB Group writes in its own press release covering the awards. The press release also states that the results of the employee survey represents an important basis for the further development of the company as an attractive employer.
“I am extraordinarily pleased that the LLB and Bank Linth have improved even further since the last survey three years ago, and that we are able to present ourselves as top employers in competition with our peers”, comments Bernd Moosmann, Head of Group Human Resources of the LLB Group, in the press release. He adds: “This is especially gratifying in that the Swiss Employer Award is not based on an external analysis, but rather on the appraisals by the employees themselves”.
